- Cloudflare Analytics - We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused web analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users across sites.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries - Contact form submissions and emails are used solely to respond to your request and follow up on potential business relationships.
- To deliver services - Client data is used exclusively to provide the analytics and reporting services described in our service agreements.
- To improve our website - Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
- To protect our systems - Server logs are used to detect and prevent security threats.
How We Protect Your Information
We implement reasonable security measures to protect information under our control. Client data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to deliver services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Client Data Isolation
Client business data is kept strictly separate between clients. We do not commingle data across client accounts, use one client's data to benchmark against another, or share any client-specific data externally. Each client's data is isolated and used solely for delivering services to that client.
Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our website:
- Cloudflare - Website hosting and security. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Formsubmit.co - Contact form processing. Form submissions are routed through Formsubmit.co to our email. Subject to their privacy practices.
We do not use third-party advertising, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking scripts on our website.
Cookies
Our website does not set first-party cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (such as bot detection). No cookies are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Data Retention
- Contact form submissions - Retained for the duration of any resulting business relationship, or deleted upon request.
- Client data - Retained for the duration of the service agreement. Upon termination, client data is deleted or returned to the client upon request.
- Server logs - Retained by Cloudflare per their standard data retention policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Opt out of any future communications from us
